South-eastern Australia

25th September - 17th October 2010

Introduction

Australia is a country that has always been fairly high on my list of places I would like to visit, so when a couple of my Antipodean friends moved back to Canberra last year, it gave me the ideal excuse to finally take a trip down under.

Since three weeks is nowhere near long enough to see all of such an enormous country I decided to limit my travels to the state of Victoria and southeastern New South Wales with the main places I visited being chosen to allow me to see the widest range of habitat types possible. The clickable map below shows the rough locations of all of the main sites I visited.
