Fish Crows are endemic to the eastern and southeastern coastal reaches of the United States from Maine to eastern Texas. They are very similar to the sympatric American Crows, but are slightly smaller and on average have proportionately longer legs, wings and tail. The safest way of separating the two species in areas where their ranges overlap is by their calls.
