Frigatebirds are the ultimate aerial pirates of the world's tropical oceans and with a wingspan of almost 2.5m (over 8ft), the Magnificent Frigatebird is the largest of them all. The distinctively angular, long, narrow wings and long deeply forked tail coupled with an extremely light body weight for a bird of its size allow the Frigatebird to have extreme agility and grace in flight.
